We collect information you provide during registration (name, email, organization name), integration credentials you configure, and usage data from the mobile application.
We use your information to provide the Service, sync tower data from third-party platforms, deliver it to authorized mobile app users, process payments, and improve the platform.
All integration API keys and credentials are encrypted at rest using Fernet symmetric encryption. They are never transmitted to or stored on mobile devices. All data is transmitted via HTTPS. Your data is isolated per-organization.
We use Stripe for payment processing, SMTP2Go for transactional email, and Open Topo Data for elevation lookups. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days. Usage analytics are aggregated and do not contain personally identifiable information after 90 days.
