By accessing or using WispSync ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WispSync is a B2B SaaS platform for Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISPs) that aggregates tower site data from third-party integrations and delivers it to field technicians via a mobile application.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Seat-based billing is managed through Stripe. By purchasing seats, you authorize recurring charges at the current per-seat rate. You may adjust seat counts at any time; prorations apply as described in your billing dashboard.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Integration credentials are encrypted at rest and are never transmitted to mobile devices.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
